You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of our games or this website, or use any of it in your own products, without our prior written permission.
You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of our games, including on monetised channels, as long as you do not present the work as your own.
3. No warranty
This website and our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability

Our games are sold through third-party stores such as Steam. Purchases, payments, refunds and customer accounts are handled by those stores under their own terms. We are not a party to that transaction.
