2. Email enquiries and bug reports
Personal data in your emails is processed to handle enquiries and investigate reported game faults, based on our legitimate interest in these activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email hosting provider processes the correspondence on our behalf.
Providing data is voluntary; insufficient information may prevent us from handling your enquiry or replying.
Retention: for the time needed to investigate the report and conclude related correspondence; where necessary for a specific legal claim, for the time needed to establish, exercise or defend it, taking account of applicable limitation periods.
3. Website hosting
Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical request data, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Vercel processes its service-generated data as a controller, including in the United States. Its retention criteria and international-transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, are described in its Privacy Notice.

Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing using the contact above, and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
