1. PERMITTED USE

You may download and play the supplied ten-room demo for personal use on
compatible devices you own, with no more than one playable copy on each
device. You may use all compatible devices you own. You may copy the demo
files onto media needed to play on those devices, including a floppy disk
written from the supplied disk image, and keep one private, offline backup.

You may stream gameplay and publish gameplay videos and screenshots,
including on monetized channels. This permission does not include sharing
the playable demo files.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Without written permission from Gaboo Arts Entertainment, you may not copy
the demo files for others; share, upload, sell, rent, lend, or redistribute
any demo file or accompanying document, alone, in a bundle, or as part of a
collection or compilation; modify the demo; or distribute a modified version.

Except for the gameplay streams, videos, and screenshots expressly permitted
above, you may not use the supplied demo or accompanying files for any
commercial purpose without written permission. Direct others to the
official download page to obtain their own copy.

Downloading the demo does not transfer copyright or grant access to the
full game.

3. CONTENT AND ATTRIBUTION

The game uses a custom Amiga bitmap typeface and its own title logo and
graphics. No font glyph is taken from the C64 or Amiga Kickstart ROMs.
The supplied demo files do not include a Kickstart ROM, Workbench or other
Amiga system files, or any emulator. The ADF disk
image starts the demo with the Amiga's own system.

Generative AI assisted the development of code, graphics, music and
documentation under the direction of Majoros Gábor, IT engineer — Gaboo Arts
Entertainment. No generative AI runs during gameplay.

Each project is led by a professional IT engineer, supported by a small
testing team. Behind every release are countless days of human work.

Commodore, Amiga and other product names are used only to identify compatible
systems and belong to their respective owners. This game is an independent
release and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

4. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the demo and all
accompanying files are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement.

To the same extent, the copyright holder shall not be liable for any
claims, damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use,
the demo or accompanying files, including loss of data or profits and
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if advised
of their possibility.

Nothing in this license excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, legal
guarantees, or any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
or limited.
