1. PERMITTED USE

Your purchase permits you to play the supplied game for personal use on
compatible devices you own, with no more than one playable copy of the game
on each device. You may use all compatible devices you own. You may copy the
game files onto media needed to play on those devices, including a floppy
disk written from the supplied disk image, and keep one private, offline
backup.

You may stream gameplay and publish gameplay videos and screenshots,
including on monetized channels. This permission does not include sharing
the playable game files or distributing the artwork files themselves.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Without written permission from Gaboo Arts Entertainment, you may not copy
the game files for others; share, upload, sell, rent, lend, or redistribute
any game file, disk image, cover, manual, or printable label, alone, in a
bundle, or as part of a collection or compilation; modify the game; or
distribute a modified version of it.

Except for the gameplay streams, videos, and screenshots expressly permitted
above, you may not use the supplied game or accompanying files for any
commercial purpose without written permission. Please support the developer
by asking others to buy their own copy.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright.

3. CONTENT AND ATTRIBUTION

The game's bitmap typeface, title logo, and graphics were drawn for this
game. The chip markings on the game's circuit boards are invented. The
cover artwork and disk labels use the game's own graphics and lettering.
The PDF documents refer to standard PDF base fonts and do not embed or
distribute font files. The supplied game and artwork files do not include
a Kickstart ROM, Workbench or other Amiga system files, or any emulator;
the disk image starts the game with the Amiga's own system. Generative AI
assisted development of the code, music, cover illustrations, and
documentation under Majoros Gábor's direction. No generative AI runs
during gameplay.

Commodore, Amiga, THEA500 Mini, and other product names are used only to
identify compatible systems and belong to their respective owners. This
game is an independent release and is not affiliated with or endorsed by
those owners.

4. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the game and all
accompanying files are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement.

To the same extent, the copyright holder shall not be liable for any
claims, damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use,
the game or accompanying files, including loss of data or profits and
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if advised
of their possibility.

Nothing in this license excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, legal
guarantees, or any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
or limited.
